Michael Lison is a German mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience leading industrial automation and engineering design projects across multinational corporations in Germany, Taiwan, and Greater China. His career spans the full spectrum of industrial engineering — from factory automation and production line optimization to mechanical design, software development, and technical education.
After completing his mechanical engineering studies in Germany, Michael held senior engineering positions at leading industrial companies where he spearheaded factory modernization programs, implemented Industry 4.0 initiatives, and developed cross-disciplinary engineering standards. His work has directly contributed to significant efficiency gains, energy reductions, and quality improvements across automotive, semiconductor, and machinery sectors.
In 2024, Michael founded DerMech Solution to bridge German engineering rigor with the dynamic manufacturing landscape of Asia.
